As a gymnastics coach for over 20 years, I give this book a PERFECT 🔟! It was spot on and well written! So much great information and easily laid out! I’m looking forward to reading it again with my daughters to help them on their athletic journey! This is PERFECT for them as they are 9 and 13, and are at a very impressionable stage in their lives. I especially love how each topic is 1 page with thought provoking/dialogue starter question is at the end of each topic! This is a must read for Coaches, Parents, and Athletes of all ages and levels.
Great book by a great author. I own his previous books. Such great info if you are building champions for life, not just thier sport. Great lessons to pass on to your players. Well done.
